Q: What are my payment options?

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will be sent a tracking number (if available) via email when your order ships. Alternatively, click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status.

 

Q: My items were not delivered.

A: Click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status. Be sure that the item in question has shipped, as in rare cases all items may not ship at once. If your item is associated with a tracking number please check the status of the delivery using the tracking number with the shipper.

Please contact us immediately if the shipper confirms the package has been delivered but you have not received it.

 

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?

A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by carrier.

 

Q: When will you ship my items?

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-6 days of payment.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

 

Q: What sizes are available for your clothing?

A: We offer different clothing. Each product has its own measurements that you can check before purchasing.

Q: How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

Q: I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Q: I never received my order, what's going on?

When you place your order, you immediately receive a detailed order confirmation and we process your order the next day. We ship your items right away and as soon as our system updates with your tracking information, we send you a shipping confirmation email. You may track your package from there.

Please contact your postal service (listed in your tracking information) if you have a problem with delivery. While we do everything, we can to ensure your package arrives to you, we are not responsible for delivery problems or delays. 

Q: I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

 

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

 

To modify an Order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you.

 

Q: I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation… What’s going on?

Kindly check your spam folder and other email accounts.

Can’t find it? No panic, just contact us and one our customer representative will help you!

 

What is your refund policy?

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.

- If the return is not due to an error of ours, there will be 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number AND Return Address. We cannot accept returns without this.

- We are not responsible for lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages.
