  3. Split Package Orders: For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return window begins from the delivery date and time of the final package.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our website. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request submission to be eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not offer exchanges.
